高傑飛係2019年7月11日，曾經同另一親中份子張偉國一齊，喺大埔墟站外對出隧道，襲擊係隧道內寫緊連儂牆嘅人，佢又係較後時間襲擊一個試圖制止他人破壞連儂牆嘅男性長者。
根據新聞紀錄，高傑飛有傷人案底，佢曾經係2017年1月，係機場夥同20-30名「愛國」人士襲擊啱啱由台灣飛抵香港嘅羅冠聰。
