(Video from 2’20) Riot police entered shopping malls in Tsuen Wan and Tseung Kwun O to arrest people including a doctor working in local public hospitals.
(Video from 1’20 to 1’37) In Tsuen Wan, when riot police were getting into an Emergency Unit vehicle, an umbrella and a brick were thrown from the footbridge by someone. Without verbal warnings or displaying any warning flags, police fired tear gas canisters to the crowd immediately. While one of the police was getting into the vehicle, they fired one more tear gas canister and left the scene right after.

在影片02:04 - 02:38間，可見示威者撤退時仍遭警員以警棍毆打，並於片段03:19 - 03:26及04:12時暴力對待市民。涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
