(Video from 2’20) Riot police entered shopping malls in Tsuen Wan and Tseung Kwun O to arrest people including a doctor working in local public hospitals.
(Video from 1’20 to 1’37) In Tsuen Wan, when riot police were getting into an Emergency Unit vehicle, an umbrella and a brick were thrown from the footbridge by someone. Without verbal warnings or displaying any warning flags, police fired tear gas canisters to the crowd immediately. While one of the police was getting into the vehicle, they fired one more tear gas canister and left the scene right after.

在2019年8月31日，油麻地地鐵站落閘，急救員被拒入內救援，痛哭不已。其後有聖約翰救傷隊人員到場，一樣未能進入閘內。現場急救員表示，一度進入站內，知道有4名傷者，但隨即被防暴警員趕走，站內另外有三個急救員，卻被逼「面壁」默站。
