「藝術到家」是民間非牟利藝術組織，於2008年成立，現為註冊慈善團體。
我們致力在香港的戶外或公共空間策劃藝術活動和展覽，積極地透過流動的方式去接觸不同面向的社羣，於2009及2010年我們在香港和澳門街頭進行名為《求生術》的藝術裝置巡遊丶2012年在西九海濱長廊舉辦《講三講四》藝術討論會丶2013年在牛棚藝術村外牆舉行膠紙塗鴉計劃，2014年的巡遊藝術教育計劃：《尋找海岸線》，以及2015年的《漫畫鵝頸橋》，都是透過與地區文化歷史脈絡緊扣的藝術創作，鼓勵參與者和觀眾探索更多的角度去欣賞身邊的人與事。「藝術到家」於 2016年舉辦的《源野生活節》，更是希望透過藝術創作拉近人與自然的距離。
另外，我們也與不同的教育單位合辦藝術課程、工作坊、講座活動，並聯合其他本地藝團、藝術家、社會服務團體等，推動本地藝術發展，促進藝術融入社區。
Established in 2008 and currently a charitable organization, “Art Together” is a non-profit art group based in Hong Kong.
We mainly work on art projects and exhibitions at outdoor area or public space in Hong Kong, in an attempt to reach more different communities in a mobile fashion.
