Cooking Fever創辦人、烹飪導師、多媒體廚師和食物造型師。自小受其廚藝了得的母親影響接觸烹飪，雖然沒有接受過任何正式的廚藝課程, 但喜歡不斷嘗試及鑽研各種菜式，對烹飪充滿熱誠。

大學畢業後便當上空姐放眼世界,見識不同國家的地道菜式及文化。最愛不是行名店,而是逛菜市場,超市和專售廚房用具的店子； 嘗遍各國美食，由米芝蓮推介以至街頭小食都是我靈感和快樂的泉源.

深信”夢想如果不去實踐,也只是夢想而已” ,為實現理想，2015年決定粿辭，放棄百萬年薪的地產工作,於2015年創辦了Cooking Fever,教授簡易美味的西式菜式,推廣下廚樂趣.
