Canada-Hong Kong Link's Main Objectives
The establishment and operation of a community organization for the purpose of:
a) Developing and fostering community spirit for residents of Canada who are former residents of Hong Kong or who are interested in the affairs of Hong Kong;
b) Providing information to members and protecting their rights and privileges as residents of Hong Kong and/or Canada;
c) Strengthening the cultural, educational and economic ties between the residents of Canada and residents of Hong Kong;
d) Sponsoring cultural and educational events for the promotion of prosperity and security in Hong Kong;
e) Securing public support in Canada for the protection and furtherance of human rights, rule of law and democracy in Hong Kong;
and such other complementary purposes not inconsistent with these objects
