一名防暴警察要求一名女士出示身份證，並數次大聲呼喝其到指定位置站立，該女士要求警方禮貌地與其溝通，惟警員大聲以「唔需要，依家企去嗰度！」回應。警員繼續要求女士出示身份證，惟當女士要求警員出示委任證以確認身份時，警員特意退後一步大聲說：「你過來吖！」，片段(b) 更可見，並在女士持續要求其出示委任證時，警員以「唔需要」作回應。這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。
