多名持槍及手持警棍的警員在西鐵站內撤離期間，在站內開槍，而警員前方當時除了示威者亦有大批記者。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

片中可見大量警員重重包圍一名青年，逼至牆角範圍，強行壓在地上進行搜身的動作。青年一度被拍攝到被警員圍堵時出現身體接觸而且神情痛苦。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
