2019年9月29日，在修頓球場對出一段軒尼詩道，有速龍小隊成員突然截查一名黑衣市民，命令他伏在地上，並將其手臂屈至背後，被截查人狀甚痛苦。 速龍小隊成員要求男子出示身份證，搜查其背包，並命令圍觀人士離開。該名男子被截查後獲放行。
