2019年9月29日，在修頓球場對出一段軒尼詩道，有速龍小隊成員突然截查一名黑衣市民，命令他伏在地上，並將其手臂屈至背後，被截查人狀甚痛苦。 速龍小隊成員要求男子出示身份證，搜查其背包，並命令圍觀人士離開。該名男子被截查後獲放行。

片中可見大量警員重重包圍一名青年，逼至牆角範圍，強行壓在地上進行搜身的動作。青年一度被拍攝到被警員圍堵時出現身體接觸而且神情痛苦。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
