At the night 20th October, in Mongkok, Kowloon, Police pepper sprayed unarmed civilians. They also threw and shot Teargas directly at group of civilians and reporters at close distance without prior warning.

片中可見，警員兩次發射布袋彈(或橡膠子彈)時(影片0分30秒及0分45秒)，馬路上並無任何人以及示威者，行人路上只有三名穿黃背心的記者，而三名記者並無阻礙警員工作，亦沒有衝擊警方的防線。警員兩次開槍，這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。
