【Police attacked the Kowloon Masjid and Islamic Centre】Multiple citizens were shot by water cannon outside the Kowloon Masjid, which was located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, and were transported to a hospital to check for injuries. Among the recorded injured are Mohan Chugani, former chairman of the Indian Association of Hong Kong, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Unison, and Jeremy Tam Man-ho.

從影片可見，女示威者倒地後雙手抱頭，在手上沒有武器的情況下，被至少4名警員繼續手持警棍攻擊。其後，一名警員高舉盾牌，將其大力壓向女示威者。女示威者手無寸鐵，倒地後並無還擊，亦未作任何反抗，最後卻被警員毆打。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各 ...
