片段的初段可見一名軍裝警員，他所穿的制服背心胸前小袋只有黃色卡紙一張，並無放入警務人員的委任證明確展示其身份。其後，另一位便衣警員受市民質疑時，大呼「警察執行職務時是無需出示委任證的」。這說法涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14)中指出，便衣人員不論是否當值，在與巿民接觸和行使警察權力時，必須表明身分及出示委任證。
