片中多次顯示，有催淚彈於警局門口爆開，並向記者方向從高空發射催淚彈。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。

至少一名速龍小隊警員在未有明確人身威脅，亦未曾示警下，從天橋對身處干諾道馬路示威者開至少一槍，從新聞片段所見彈頭，應為警方稱「海綿彈」的40mm react round，必須避免射向頭、頸、胸部及鼠蹊。片段稍後亦再次錄得警員將已舉起之胡椒彈槍從天橋外收回的片段，在其收回前，片段共錄得八響胡椒彈槍槍聲，當時現場亦冇任何警示旗幟、亦未見有任何人遭受人身威脅。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人 ...
