梁家銘係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，專責係示威期間使用過度暴力襲擊「示威者」，而其中包括路過嘅市民。據相熟人士所指，佢色欲焚身，如果佢拘捕到女示威者，就幾乎肯定佢會出手非禮。佢又成日用是非當人情交朋友，見朋友無利用價值就即時不再聯絡。佢曾經係警察學院獲得「銀雞獎」。
