自稱「沙展22」的警員以極粗劣態度執行職務。影片中的律師僅向被搜身的女市民提供基本法律意見（如指出其有保持沉默緘默之權利），並未妨礙警員工作，卻被警員喝罵及不斷阻撓。一般市民未有被搜身或被警員截查經驗，律師向影片中女市民提供一些法律資訊，此舉合理。警員無論對律師或女市民都態度惡劣，工作態度嚴重影響警隊服務質素，亦有損警員執法時應有的專業形象。

片中是沙田新城市廣場的港鐵出入口外。便衣警察大部分頭戴防暴頭盔，一直不斷揮動警棍指嚇及驅趕正一直後退的市民。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

影片0：00開始可見，警隊在推進時，有警員敲打警盾及石躉驅趕記者。以不友好態度及沒有合理情況之下驅散記者，這有可能構成妨礙記者採訪。跟據警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。
