九龍旺角聯合廣場附近，防暴警察衝入休憩區揮動警棍打市民(包括長者)並擊中現場一位社工頭部。及後另一名社工在旺角等待救護車到場處理被防暴警察打傷頭部之社工時，在與防暴警察理論期間，卻遭警員突然近距離噴射胡椒噴霧。
