韋榮傑係香港警察嘅一份子。根據昔日同學指出，佢為人極度濫交，不停結交異性，縱使已有女朋友時亦照去無誤，讀大學時曾經追求宿舍內超過一半嘅女性，連朋友嘅女朋友都唔放過。有一次佢俾當時女朋友發現有外遇，佢就要第三者入衣櫃。除此之外，佢亦有暴力傾向，曾經係宿舍打爛咗好多道門。
