梁卓然係一名親中派人士，係香港政府任職律政司刑事檢控專員，有份濫用權力控告香港抗爭者。 佢曾經為係一宗襲警案中受傷嘅警察申請匿名令，意圖阻礙公眾得知案件詳情，並為引入中共國安假扮嘅警察開路，詳見立場新聞報道。 根據過往資料，佢曾經係2005年一宗民事案件 (DCCJ3619/2002) 中，俾法官認定係「不誠實證人」，詳見當時判決書。

莊海信係香港警察嘅一份子。佢現職防暴警察，2019年6月12日立法會示威以黎長期出動，係示威現場毆打示威者及使用催淚毒氣。據親近人士指，佢成日話要大大力打死示威者，明言對住個頭黎打，仲話元朗恐佈襲擊係市民抵死，「無事就叫黑警，有事就搵警察」，又嘲笑被布袋彈打中失明嘅女士係「獨眼龍」。佢係未正式就任警察前係民安隊成員，中學因成績差而要留班，淨係識欺凌同學。
