林加榮係香港警察嘅一份子。佢曾經係2019年6月9日執勤期間受傷，獲時任警務署署長盧偉聰慰問，見下圖：據認識佢嘅人指出，佢係中國大陸出身，講廣東話時有鄉音，又係共產黨忠實粉絲，成日讚揚國家偉大，擁護共產黨。佢又經常揚言話示威者係「廢青、垃圾、暴徒」，要打死佢地，更表示希望共產黨快啲收返香港，實行獨裁統治。
