楊啟明係香港警察嘅一份子。據前友人資料，佢係2019年反送中示威開始後，聲稱自己未參與鎮壓示威行動，意圖保住朋友，但又為人工唔肯辭職。然後最近買樓後，就開始埋怨示威令佢地瞓唔到。2019年11月時兩人即將結婚，被昔日同學杯葛，及後佢聲稱擔心示威者而取消婚禮。
