陳樂笙係香港警察嘅一份子。 據讀者資料，佢係中學時被稱為「豬仔」，曾經多次俾校內老師指住太陽穴欺凌，但佢都無任何動作反抗。係2019年示威之後，佢為咗避免被起底，不但刪去所有佢自中六加入香港警察之後，同組織內其他成員嘅合照，仲使用其他校友嘅相作為Facebook頭像。 以下係佢身穿香港警察服裝時嘅圖片：

在2019年9月29日，警方於灣仔天橋被示威者追趕，撤退時表現驚慌，曾開槍作掩護。有女記者懷疑右眼中槍倒地，由現場急救員急救，及後救護員到場治理，該記者神智清醒並表示眼部非常痛。據了解，該記者來自印尼，於一間本地印尼語媒體工作。

馮煒光係一名撐警藍絲，支持香港警察虐待示威者。佢曾經係2019年參與IFC舉辦嘅親中活動，並在場指責所有抗爭參加者為「港獨」、「反中國」，又要求抗爭者脫下口罩，詳見香港01報道。根據新聞資料，佢係2012年6月前係民主黨成員，及後為加入政府而退黨，正式成為親中派人士。

在2019年8月31日，油麻地地鐵站落閘，急救員被拒入內救援，痛哭不已。其後有聖約翰救傷隊人員到場，一樣未能進入閘內。現場急救員表示，一度進入站內，知道有4名傷者，但隨即被防暴警員趕走，站內另外有三個急救員，卻被逼「面壁」默站。
