游乃強係2019年7月22日凌晨四點零一分，係警察圍堵元朗恐佈份子嘅聚集地南邊圍嗰時，走入村內村公密會恐怖份子，無拘捕任何人，及後係五點十一分，佢公開向傳媒表示無發現南邊圍入面有任何人手持攻擊性武器，顯示游乃強身為警察，有份同黑社會合作。游乃強密會恐佈份子嘅情景曾經俾NOW新聞拍攝到並上傳至Facebook，但呢段片曾經離奇消失，及後俾網民重新上傳到YouTube。圖片如下：

何顓彤係一名親中派嘅人。佢疑似係地鐵北角站拍攝示威者或打人，然後被大批青年人包圍。佢亦係Facebook多次發表親中及撐警言論。

疑似警員因記錄市民容貌而被眾人合力制服，但她卻突然攻擊在她身邊的市民。片中後段，防暴警打開盾陣，「疑似警員」自行走入防暴警群盾後。如她是警務人員，則涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14-2)中指出，便衣人員不論是否當值，在與巿民接觸和行使警察權力時，必須表明身分及出示委任證。在案發現場的便衣人員，須將委任證掛在顯眼的地方，讓人易於辨認其身分。
