陳震雄：香港警察 UI14220
陳震雄係香港警察嘅一份子。據知情人士指，佢係小學話有跟黑社會背景嘅人，中學因為佢嘅黑社會背景就指最憎「龜」。2014年曾經支持學生，但當時薪金微薄，因此係2017年尾轉入香港警察。此後佢性情大變，同昔日同學反面，更係2019年主動加入機動部隊，4月正式入職。據知佢周圍得罪人，鐘意乜都放上社交網站。佢經常出現係元朗大棠，揸白色七人車，幾年前係「橫洲工業」隊打波，以家好似轉咗。

郭時興是親中派的一名成員或支持者。據讀者資料，他與不少香港鄉村及黑社會關係緊密，並曾參加北京舉辦之親中活動。近年為女兒郭靜儀擔任區議員舖路，積極贊助不同龍獅團以吸納支持者。

黃邦恆係香港警察的一份子。據認識佢嘅人所講，佢喺Facebook多次發表針對示威者言論，語氣極度囂張，講明任何人不認同可立即刪除佢朋友，又多次係示威現場施暴鎮壓示威者，包括於2019年8月係機場帶出中國特工符國豪。據2019年末資料，佢經常出沒於荃灣西、九龍塘、香港童軍總會一帶。

黑警濫權實錄08064：阻撓採訪、無委任證
以強光阻撓記者採訪，恐嚇及不禮貌對待記者，涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05) - 警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。刻意不出示委任證，這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。

當時的片段所見，警隊的防線未被衝擊，現場亦只看到零星的人群，未見有示威者聚集並大舉攻擊在場的警務人員。但是速龍小隊仍然不斷推進，途中多次以水平角度向市民發射橡膠子彈和布袋彈。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。
