莊海信係香港警察嘅一份子。佢現職防暴警察，2019年6月12日立法會示威以黎長期出動，係示威現場毆打示威者及使用催淚毒氣。據親近人士指，佢成日話要大大力打死示威者，明言對住個頭黎打，仲話元朗恐佈襲擊係市民抵死，「無事就叫黑警，有事就搵警察」，又嘲笑被布袋彈打中失明嘅女士係「獨眼龍」。佢係未正式就任警察前係民安隊成員，中學因成績差而要留班，淨係識欺凌同學。
