鄭志宏係香港警察的一份子。 據知情人士指，佢搞左間《香港進和跆拳會》，係無申報下賺外快，私下經常同其他香港警察成員去中國嫖妓，話要「振興內地經濟」，又多次向海關舉報同事支持抗爭，導致有關職員被停職。佢見到著黑衫嘅後生仔就一定截，試過暗地將佢地轉交警察成員。2019年末主動向部門申請做特別警察成員。
