張曉文係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，負責係街道同地鐵站內無差別襲擊市民。佢曾經係2019年6月12日擔任特別戰術小隊成員。據親近人士指出，佢同女朋友余悅拍拖4年，現時層樓有女朋友個名，但係供樓嘅只有張曉文一人，女朋友等緊佢包養。
