影片5秒顯示警察對記者社工投擲催淚彈。涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。亦涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。

唐梓浩係香港警察的一份子。據讀者資料，佢曾經鬧2019-07-21元朗恐襲期間報警嘅人係玩嘢，又指示威者蓄意扮街坊，更話自己喺學堂食過催淚彈訓練，所以覺得催淚彈無害。佢亦多次為警察虐待暴行開脫，堅持黑警喺元朗無打過被警察稱為「Yellow Object」嘅身穿黃衣市民，又聲稱用慢鏡「證明」只係支警棍揮動緊，唔係用隻腳踢緊人。
