劉曉穎係香港警察嘅一份子。 佢曾經係旺角示威之中作為防暴警察出現，見下圖： 根據讀者資料，佢曾經參與過2014年雨傘運動，但參與時已經偏向支持警察，曾經話自己和平佔領係唔會被拘捕，又指責衝擊示威者係暴力，親中撐警立場越黎越深。除此之外，佢係任職入境事務處及水警時，都曾經色誘上級以獲得好處。
