In Ma On Shan, New Territories, a large group of riot police came out from police station claiming to disperse the demonstrators on street. Their guns and strong flashlights pointed to the nearby residents and buildings. And some of the police yelled and shouted to the nearby residents.

警方於九龍旺角山東街拘捕一名女子，期間有警員坐在女子頭上多次前後磨擦，亦有警員強制將女子雙腳壓開，又不斷以腳壓在女子頸上，令女子高呼無法呼吸，其後更粗暴將女子扯起，上衣更被扯高。
