阻撓記者採訪,涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05),警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。另外,拒絕在場急救人員協助被捕人士,亦涉嫌違反警察通例(27-02-2),警務人員不得阻延受害人接受救治或由救護車送往醫院或診所。
