片段可見幾名警員向前衝，其中一名警員將區議員黃學禮拉倒在地，另一名警員則用警棍打向黃學禮的腿部。其後亦從片段可見，警員多番推開意欲拍攝拘捕過程的記者，並稱「俾警察做嘢嘅空間！」。黃學禮其後向在場人士解釋他「被控襲警」，又稱他在現場的目的為「執行觀察的職報」，期間有警員對他諷刺「區議員大哂嘅？唔洗守法嘅？」，又有另一位警員指他「參與暴動」。根據《警察條例》第50（1）條，警員須「合理地懷疑」有關人士 ...
