在2019年10月1日16：13，荃灣大河道中附近有示威者左邊胸口被槍打中，不斷高呼：「我心口好痛」，並且有大量血液從心口湧出。期間記者不斷問示威者名稱，其自稱曾志健（同音），為數月示威以來首次有示威者中實彈。
