游乃強係2019年7月22日凌晨四點零一分，係警察圍堵元朗恐佈份子嘅聚集地南邊圍嗰時，走入村內村公密會恐怖份子，無拘捕任何人，及後係五點十一分，佢公開向傳媒表示無發現南邊圍入面有任何人手持攻擊性武器，顯示游乃強身為警察，有份同黑社會合作。游乃強密會恐佈份子嘅情景曾經俾NOW新聞拍攝到並上傳至Facebook，但呢段片曾經離奇消失，及後俾網民重新上傳到YouTube。圖片如下：
