警方在2019年8月14日晚上10時半左右，深水埗展開驅散行動，多次施放催淚彈。警員面向巴士方向舉黑旗，警告施放催淚煙，沿路未見有人聚集。 有途經深水埗的市民吸入催淚煙不適，其間有居民因不滿催淚彈攻入住所，走到街上與警方理論，批評警方騷擾其休息，又在沒有群眾聚集的街道發放催淚彈。 #香港電台 #港台電視31 #港台電視32 #十點半新聞天地 #深水埗

李彼得係香港警察嘅一份子，曾經擔任俗稱（速龍）嘅特別戰術小隊成員，屬於一隊專門無差別攻擊市民嘅警察隊伍。佢係2019年9月3日夜晚，喺太子站內圍毆一名示威者，令佢頸椎受傷昏迷，又將佢鎖上手銬，又拒絕急救員為佢剪開衣服急救達十分鐘，意圖謀殺。

多名持槍及手持警棍的警員在西鐵站內撤離期間，在站內開槍，而警員前方當時除了示威者亦有大批記者。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
