張耀宗係香港警察嘅一份子。佢曾經係2019年7月21日元朗恐襲期間駐守，對恐佈襲擊坐視不理，但佢對外強調只係打份工。據佢之前嘅朋友指出，佢中學時已經有同黑社會成員聯絡，入警隊之前係做懲教，跟住見警察高人工所以轉過去。但係佢買唔起樓，於是奉子成婚，打算快啲拎警察已婚宿舍，而現時仲同老母住，又成日想呃咗自己婆婆層樓。

以強光阻撓記者採訪，催淚彈射向記者方向，在旁邊爆開。涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。亦涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

何顯強係香港警察嘅一份子。 佢曾經係就讀毅進文憑嘅時候，同一班立志加入香港警察嘅同學係學校假扮成當中成員，守住門口唔容許其他同學進入課室。除此之外，佢亦曾經揚言佢為10萬加班費可以做任何事情，又經常係通訊軟件群組入面發放色情資訊。
