傅斯揚係香港警察嘅一份子。佢曾經係新城市廣場不停影示威者，又係Instagram問人拎遮、戴頭盔係做乜。據相熟人士指出，佢以前係將軍澳Popcorn Uniqlo返工時同女朋友相識，當時仲有份抱怨日資公司規矩繁雜，而家就竟然走去做警察。佢又曾經獲何君堯等黑社會背景人士支持，見下圖：
