陳俊樺係香港警察的一份子。據知情人士指，佢係中學及大學時朋友唔多，但經常識女仔，興趣則係嫖妓。佢嘅每次關係都唔超過兩年，直至上到大學時，終於搵到一個維持3年關係嘅女朋友。但係佢加入香港警察受訓之時，隨即同另一名女警出軌。陳俊樺係警校曾經同女朋友坐前排拖手，被罰取消休假，畢業後又因怠職問題被調去做電台，現時則任紅磡雜項調查隊調揮官。

鍾浩銘係香港警察的一份子。佢現時就任防暴警察，曾經有份以肢體暴力及性暴力虐待示威者。據讀者資料，佢係雙性戀，讀中學嗰時曾經瞞住同班女朋友，同一位「兄弟」形影不離，又試過帶較年輕嘅女同學去學校舞蹈室發生性關係，最終俾女朋友發現，令女朋友當住全班同學面摑咗佢一巴，即場分手。其後佢讀書成績差，決定加入香港警察後，因為警察內部極度排斥同性戀者，於是係警察內部搵咗一名女朋友，最近因母親催婚而決定結婚。

警方在九龍旺角清場期間，於行人路上驅趕一名普通裝束(非示威裝束)少女，期間少女向男性防暴警察說「不要碰我」，一名防暴警察即對著少女臉部施以胡椒噴霧。

(a)(b)使用不合理武力拘捕示威者，在影片6分45秒以強光照射記者，6分52秒近距離向記者方向施放催淚彈，催淚彈在記者群中爆開。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。另外亦涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。
